Abuse of admin panel again

Kicked for an accidental tk when bombed a factory, from the first place, kicked because he did not want to lose, but lost.
Presumably this is an inadequate crazy admin seven - fertigo. He always does this when he forgets to take his pills.

I don’t understand how much this crazy inadequate will abuse the admin panel?
