This was no banter. I have wittnessed this plenty of times.
Players like Dr. Strange and such make it appear as it is fine to just disrespect players. It is not fine and it is against the rules!
Sadly it comes down to whether the player has a lobby in the admin team or the liga scene to be protected from this kind of bullying.

Some just need an enemy to get up in the morning, pathetic!
You can't verbally abuse players, complain about players beeing always online and wish for an alive simple server at the same time.

I appreciate that you want to increase the awareness towards troublesome players. You chose the right place to bring up this topic.
Personally, I think none of his statements deserve a perm ban.
Banning a player retro actively for foul language without context is questionable. Do you perhaps have a particular time and map in mind? Was an admin present? Under which nick do you play on SIMPLE?
To my understanding you will get more severe punishments for violations which are based in actions like team-killing, any disruptive gameplay, cheating etc.
In certain cases words can also be damaging in the long-term such as spreading potentially defamatory and misleading information e.g.: "... has reg help ..."

unfortunately I had to ban you this time for:
- repeating the same offence from 2 days ago
- after 5 minutes into the round accusing for team stacking
- insulting
- starting a discussion in-game
I get it, you are frustrated. But in-game is not the right place for starting a big discussion with mutiple players. If you really want to discuss, you can easily reach out to me in discord.
But for the benefit of the whole community I had to ensure that we could continue playing in a friendly atmosphere.
After you've been removed, the chat has been peaceful and everyone could enjoy the game again.

He was kicked for accusing me of team-stack.
In his own words, I switched to axis. And axis was base locked at the time.
Even sommarel switched later on, since axis was hoplessly baselocked
Hence, it's should be obvious that his accusations, only had one intention: slander.
The insult "retard" afterwards should make his true intentions clear.

Hi Killer,
glad u found a way to make a complaint in the right place of the forum.
I kicked u twice yesterday.
First kick was because of false accusation "team stack". U know i take false accusations very serious. False accusations make the work for us admins very hard to actually identify violations. Furthermore, it's slander, intended to harm my reputation as admin.
Second kick was because of language. U rejoined with the words: "retard".
I ommitted the third kick where u even continued to harrass me in the in-game chat at discretion.
The occurrence was on 20.10.2022 at 20:41. Every admin can see the logs for himself.
Additionally, I've captured the interesting parts on video.
But to make my efforts worth it, u should improve ur complaint a bit.
Be precise and specific: e.g. pretending to not being able to count to 2 and making up numbers like xxx

Adapting your gameplay intentionally to target only specific players with clear intent to disturb or upset them is not allowed.
Attacking the enemy uncapturable main base (base camping or base bombing) is not allowed. (the best practice is to keep away from main base in general and wait until enemy soldiers advance to your position leaving their main base.)

Following your argument you would give in to basically anything just because Russia claims to be willing to use nukes.
It's Russias war to lose.
Perhaps you could even argue that both Russia and Ukraine are in a lose/lose situation.
However, for Ukraine it's about being able to have future "games", then you don't need care about nuke threats anymore.
If things go worse for Russia they too might need think about whether they can have future "games". This is what makes a nuke usage more likely. A nation, being scared of their neighbours, not able to use diplomacy, not able to a defeat a small neighbour, having internal conflicts and sitting on top of a huge arsenal of nukes. Go figure ...

imo axis shouldn pass the jeep spwan line and brown box.
allied shouldn pass the ruin/house square block, only blue house and blue ruin are fair game.
there will always be "useless" players, no point changing them
main issue is the baselock itself, doesnt make sense to have the possibility to lock down a whole team in a perimeter in TDM mode.
TDM should be more dynamic and frag heavy.
I suggest to add more spwan points outside of the main bases to make it harder for the teams to lock down a perimeter.
e.g. for axis spwan point at the blue corner ruin across the street or at the red corner ruin (not inside of the corner, outside of the corner)

and my fact about the seizure of territories remained unanswered. Why we didn't invade other countries. For example Abkhazia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia?
all of them are much smaller and weaker in the military plan of the country. However, no "capture" occurs.
u derive to this question to explain that countries in the baltics shouldnt fear russia.
u fear something which could happen.
when it happens u dont fear it anymore u face the happening, as Ukraine does right now.
a small baltic country doesnt ask why russia didnt seize all of Georgia
they look at Ukraine and ask themselve whether they will be the next.
its like breaking into the neighbours house, killing her and stealing items and then saying to the others in the village there is nothing to worry because the last few times u broke into a house u wasnt stealing everything.

Ur pov is quiet interesting though.
Assuming I'd be russia and fear the growing influence of NATO, then I'd simply try to counter that influence.
Then u can hold elections to join the russian federation without any need of an invasion.
Moving things to the battlefield, means i cant counter that opposing influence.
But now i face being the obvious agressor and all its consequences.
And above all, the enemy is in a better position now: They fight a war "with the hands of Ukraine" as u like to say and I suffer valuable russian lifes.
It would feel like them playing chess and me playing checkers. Happens when guys like Garry run away
