Yes, i saw that...
Ask an italian, if he/her has the italian speech. If yes, it's easy to change it.
Otherwise i recommend to try german dialog. it's much less annoying then the english/japanese dialogs.

It can be, that one of the 410 values is not right. If you have other games in italian, perhaps BF2, search those values in the Registry, (perhaps other EA Games).
OriginBF1942 has Multilanguage support, so i think also the Retail Version. In other words, i guess it's working with the right values.

Perhaps there's one code wrong, bec. Speech is english or german in my game. Ask an Italian for the right code, (if you do that, you ask him, if he has italian language inGame) Otherwise i can tell you, that the german Speech is much better, then the english.

Otherwise dl the "Batllefield WW2 Anthology" and install it in italian. (this is including Addons). But then you have to install also the patches.

Because of that, you have to arrange a battle with more then only some pros. But me, as "Tu tuut", i ask to play too. I like also to play in the canon fodder Team, (to stop some pros from time to time).

Test the Cable Inet with this. http://hsi.hsr.ch/speedtest/
After the Test you cklick > "Alle Resultate" > "Test Details" > avtivate "Show Web 100 Parameters"
(Under TestDetails you can compare all results over month, as long you have used the same Browser and PC.)
If it's ovious that something with the Inet is not ok, then you can send this link from "Alle Resultate" to your ISP and tell them, they should activate "Web 100 parameters".
Here you can find other testcenters, some in germany, most in CH. But allways use the same over some days.

Daneben das nicht gesehene klare Handspiel des Griechen und der ersten Halbzeit, welches eigentlich einen Penalty für Costa Rica hätte geben sollen. Andererseits hätte der Schiedsrichter Manolos in Minute 72 genauso gut die rot Karte geben können.

Normally there are 2 files which have to run in compatibility Mode. There's a 3rd for Punkbuster protected game.
