Is there a way to disable Bot-Spawn at the Base?
Yes, you can add line at of the soldierspawner. Its a on/off switch basically. There is also on/off switch for spawning human players.

Apperantly internet is extra strained at the moment.
The announcement followed appeals from EU officials for Netflix and individual users to ditch high definition video to prevent the internet from breaking. With so many countries on forced lockdowns to fight the spread of the virus, hundreds of millions working from home and even more children out of school, the officials were concerned about the huge strain on the internet.

Did you try to monitor CPU/RAM during FPS drop? Also, does it happen in other games?
This ↑ You can try running the game in window mode, check with some tool like msi afterburner and collect some data.
In one of my older computers the graphic card had three modes, something like energy saving, middle and top speed, and it was stuck on the energy frequency mode when i played bf42. It was enough for decent fps in the vanilla maps, so in the end just left it like it was.

I raised the score for takeing flags in midway server, its not very serious, the players seem to have fun thats more important.

I got error messages about my TPM module (it say something like encryption still works, bitlocker), im on amd now, but the windows install originated from intel platform (win7) and then updated to win 10 on this amd platform.

Some days ago i searched the web for facemasks, turned out its sold out everywhere. Today i got a mail from a china based company that i cold "preorder" facemasks
my ordinary instinkt to "take the bull at the horns and have it over with already" might not be very vise in this case, this is frustrating.
