Yes, I used it bc of the transparency, but I don't think it's an "advantage" in the sense that makes you kill enemies easier, it only helps you avoid TKs. Having this while flying on Bocage was a blessing.

I remember using that mod when playing on Argentina, I think some brasilian sent me the file.
Lasted a week tho, some nabs started whining about how it was unfair so I had to remove it.

Yeah, he somehow snapped after I complained a little bit that he took my jeep. Not sure if he was trolling before that but he certainly was after.
I think he usually plays normal though.
He was trying to TK my tank on Iwo, he naded you on one occasion. Also TKed Merlin on Bocage at the start. He quitted after each TK.

- Attacking the enemy uncapturable main base (basecamping or basebombing) is not allowed. You must not snipe at the main base. You are not allowed to shoot at planes during take-off. All other vehicles must be given the opportunity to leave their base. Nevertheless, it's permitted to air strike at a fireing AA gun or a shooting artillery that's inside the base.
So any plane taking off? Or from base only? If I go to repair to my AF I'm at safe haven? - This only seems crystal clear to you.
If we take what it's stated there literally then a tank that's attacking from main can't be killed/bombed because isn't an artillery nor AA. Neither can you snipe a guy on the AA because it only says "air strike", and so on...
We all agree that the "written" rules suck, that's why we imply some things. I implied something that is controversial at least, and you kicked and banned me for that.

I could have pushed to flags from main as inf, died, spawned at af and taken a plane in that time. Would I still be counted as bailer and be killed at take off?
I always press tab to see the status of other players, that's why I added you to the buddy list. You were still without deaths.
Some framework needs to be given for this rule. I've always thought its a maximum of around 20 - 30 seconds after bailer enters mainbase. But it isnt written in the rules.
I thought that once you went active there was no cooldown. Looking that not everyone agrees I'm going to stop doing that.
I still think that should be discussed, this is really exploitable.
PS: I only look at the timer to calculate the B17 spawntime, seemed like a lot less time to me.

Arkos, I was playing on my laptop with a 14" shitty TN panel. What are you talking about? You can easily read the names while above.
And to answer your question...
He (WWII) and Lord Brett were flying the whole round. When I shot him, he bails on the road at the side of church, the B17 was taking off at that moment so I had to fall back, there was nothing to bomb so I took altitude, when I calculated he would be taking off I went to their af above fog, he was in fact doing so, checked the name and started shooting.
However, he killed already the plane and that should be enough satisfaction. Killing a starting plane is even more lame than bailing. The game is not only about frags and ego, it is about having fun. Just some thoughts.
It's not about the frags per se, I rarely play seriously, I could have easily killed him 15 seconds later. But lately instead of bombing the chuters I started to play with them, there are guys like jazzy, JumpY or somma (or nameless) that bail in the middle of nowhere just to walk 5 mins to their AF. I just let them do some exercise before making the kill.

"WWII was won..." bailed near base so I waited for him to take another plane, he did and I killed him. I got instakicked. Then I reconnected and explained what happened and got banned for a day.

Could map vote be turned off by default on simple server? It's distracting as shit, and a vote passes maybe 1/100. The other 99/100, it just takes up room on your screen and breaks concentration. Thanks

The intent with which it was said is bad, but does it matter that much? It's just internet garbage..
My sister was taken by brain cancer a few years ago, but there's no stopping the internet.
I know that cancer isn't funny, my sister is on chemo. I don't get offended by what kids say. Imagine the amount of threads of Maj Merlín we would have.
My point is about one of those kids being no less than the head admin. But I agree, at the end is what Tuia allows.
