Is there anything to say about these new admins, that come and go like a pretentious quicky in red street next to timmie's home. hardly .
Frank, i don't know you , but you are a fresh player , compared to the rest of us here, and i would love to give you a little advice now... but before i do it, please don't mind my sarcasm .
so, even though you look to be an experienced player,that is far from enough what you need to be when admining at any server. you have to put it inside your skull, and it is called rule nr.1   " NEVER FUCKING KICK OR BAN AN ADMIN".
In order to do so, first, you have to know the old admin crew, and how most of these guys are super cool human beings, with godlike instinct for righteousness, and sarcastic point of view. what does this have to do with the game, well, it doesn't , but i will give you an advice.
Stay away from us oldies here, and you will probably be left alone aswell, and you will be able to play with your godlike admin rights, and feel how important you "really" are when online.
my final suggestion to you is , STOP the fckng pixeling
now, a serious advice :
be as rational as you think you can be, and enjoy the time at the server

Some very bad admining on US server, i played a few days ago, and reported an incident to an admin "tookie", and he didn't care to even warn the guy...
