Henk, we already posted in our forum, sent a PM in TGE's forum (although I'm sure they're already aware), and put out an announcement in our Discord about this, and your temp workaround.

The remaining servers, and I wish aX had not died, are needed to provide players the variety of games that will keep them interested. Yes, it's likely the overall population will go down, but hopefully there are enough players who know how to find information that we can once again spread the word, and keep this old game breathing for a while longer.

Our communities banded together during the attacks, and we will unite again for the greater good.

They apparently had a token attack once this morning, on a low population. Moon and SiMPLE have been hit multiple times. Our attacks last approx one hour each. We're just hopping across the pond whenever our server is being attacked.

We (MoonGamers) have recently talked about going back to the CD version just to have Punkbuster back. We know there would be a huge player base hit doing this. Punkbuster is old, out of date, and a pain in the ass for new players to install but we have worked them through installation before. The benefits: screenshots and kick reasons. To date, that decision has not been reached...primarily because of the player base hit.

We are so very tired of the hackers, you can count MoonGamers in for anything needed to bring some integrity back to the game.
