So, what is a pub key ban? This is my first ban, so I do not know what is it.

Good day Admin. Today I was playing on TOBRUK at get BAN from Server for unknown reason. I was not rude, I have no conversation with anybody, just playing and got BAN. I think this is a mistake. Plz solve this problem asap.
