Be that as it may, this happened OUTSIDE of the game. It has ZERO bearing on my actions in game. So why is it fair to ban someone because they wrote a mean comment to someone else, that was in response to their trolling?

Thank you all for outpouring of support for me, and this fun game that we've all been playing for 20 years now.
Simon, i'll ignore your comments, not nice to say that about people...mental health is serious problem.
I hope the admins will at least take onboard feedback to make this game still enjoyable for everyone...i have never and will never do anything game breaking, i dont tk, im not toxic, i dont disrupt gameplay...so hopefully admins will at least be kind and unban me and MerliN.

This is EXACTLY the attitude that is killing the game. An admins purpose is just to enforce the rules that the server owner (the person who you know, owns the server) has written. NOT ban someone just cause they dont like their playstyle, their political views, or username. Instead, you come here to insult, belittle me despite me not having said anything rude or inviting an argument. An Admin who cannot handle constructive criticism is not fit to be admin. I would say the exact same thing to a police officer, a government official or a teacher. The mindset that you are above others is what is killing the game.
aX was most popular for a reason. It did not die due to lack of admin, it died due to hacks that disabled auto admin, and mass CD key ban due to hacks. It was popular BECAUSE it wasnt full of admins that ban you cause they dont like you, and that is why people flocked there - to just enjoy a game and not have to walk on eggshells because a certain someone is online.
Whoever is deleting my comments is proof that you cannot handle constructive criticism - continue to show the entire playerbase what sort of person you are, when you are unable to engage in civil debate and constructive conversation.

Of course its very easy to say Ferd is doing a fantastic job, despite so many complaints from players. Its like a police officer that is filmed on camera beating the crap out of someone, and then that police departments colleagues comes out and says hes a great guy. There are no admins to "admin" the admins here, hence they can get away with anything.
Admins should only enforce the rules that the server owner have written, and not arbitrarily make up their own rules. There needs to be separate board of unbiased people who can administrate the admins.

Admins should only enforce the rules that are within game. I believe Ferd rules too much with emotion and thats why the dude has racked up so many complaints despite such short time as an admin.

There may be a rule regarding administration posts which are not involved in. Check on it.
But no complaint about the rule here since it isn't one, nor had i been afk regardless.
The problem is with the admin and his choice to kick w/o merit.
Similar to a half dozen of us kicking 000 a couple years ago.It is all suppose to be stopped. Dary didn't the memo, nor does he choose to own it now.

If you pay attention you can tell almost every fakenicker, with this guy is not that hard. One of the biggest giveaways is that he starts lying about what happened when he gets reported. Sadly the admins partially believe him this time (that's why I tried to calm down aphrodie) so he is unbanned.
If you pay attention to Darcano, he is targeting certain players he dont like which is against the rules.

Do you still believe that what you did was politically correct?
1) You were screwing around with the cancer issue on the public server as if it was funny.
2) You lied when you said you were Test01's friend, because in the log he asks for a ban for you.
3) You called the admin a abuser on the public server.
4) You asked for reinforcements for other people who have nothing to do with this topic to help you with the crap you do inside the server (luckily they didn't get involved).

If I were you I would apologize to Hill because you broke the rule of re-entering after being banned.
Make it simple, you called an admin a abuser in a public way after you had broken a rule, what did you expect to find after that? A shower of flowers?

I would very much appreciate if you stay on topic and discuss the matter at hand instead of bringing up personal things that have no relation to this matter, such as things that happen outside of game. Because, i can do the same thing to you, and things I have heard about you - but i choose not to do it. I see that you have conveniently left out the part of the log where you replied with:
"keep running your mout and see what happens". This was in response to my light hearted joke that I wanted reparations for ban without investigation. I never swore at you, used bad language, or acted in antagonistic manner, yet you chose to respond with aggressive comment like this, as an admin. IF ANYTHING, i tried to defuse the situation with some light hearted humor and you chose to take antagonistic route.

On Omaha he took my kettenkrad when i was passenger, drove it into out of bounds many times and killed me, but i kept the matter between us, yet he makes one simple report and you permaban me without investigation.

On el al i (blitzkrieg) was exchanging some banter with test01, and there was a misunderstanding.
Hillbilly thought i was wishing testicular cancer on someone, but i was not.
Hilbily bans me for 15mins.
I come back, ask why i was banned, he said "dont wish cancer on people"
I told him politely that i did not do that, and even apologise for misunderstanding.
Then i asked why was i banned, he replied "keep running that mouth and see what happens".
I then said politely, i was trying to have civil/professional discussion with you and instead you insult me?
Then he permaban me.
This is gross misuse of admin powers and i am disappointed because other admins like sunshine, lecter, rose, arwen, etc are generally very professional and will not insult or be antagonistic towards players.
Also during el al many players reported disruptive behaviour to him and he did nothing.
Can i please have any other admin other than hillbilly respond to this because his behaviour was not professional at all.
