Dear administrators,

I am a 46 year old man and I played a lot of Battlefield in my life, I recently discovered your server and went back to playing.

Today my youngest son entered the server (without my knowledge) I believe that by the shortcut that is on the desktop and made some mistakes,  I'm very sorry about this.

Now in the afternoon I tried to enter the server and noticed that my account was banned. Could you review the situation, please?
