Je suis vraiment déçu car je t'ai connu comme quelqu'un qui était investi dans cette communauté BF1942, j'ai actuellement perdu de vue cet homme là.

You can't make a poll to propose to the admins to ban all the BFSoldier nick.
However, which can be made, it's the server autokick these nick : BFSoldier, ...
But only tuia can set up it.
Edit : If a player want tking or being a bad boy, he will change his nick and the problem will be the same.

how many minus score kicks on simple fra will it take to get auto-banned ?
I tested it now so i have the answer 
You get kicked for minus-score kick at -9
3 x minus-score = auto permanent ban

So PunkBuster caught 379 cheaters in 10 years
2 - Just some statistics in SiMPLE or aX mainly :
The 1st one of our list Nov 17, 2013
The last one (211) of our list Oct 10, 2016
We caught 211 cheaters in 3 years.
So, i think that we are more effective than PunkBuster since it's not updated.
Imagine if all the servers of BF42 were united and would share their proofs, we will clean more quickly and more easily the cheaters.
It's this objective which I have since 2013.
