Hello there.
I want to ask a question to all the "oldies" out there.
If I try to gain altitude above main during takeoff, how much air can I get before it's allowed to fire at me?
P.S/ I try to avoid unnecessary airspace of enemy's main bases because you can never know is he starting or not.
We need to clarify this issue please/
I can make a video on getting altitude and you can just say me the timemark or whatever to make it clear about the height.

Get over it
No. Im not in butthurt , don't get me wrong I just want to settle the rule so that it would be clear how to fly (for me at least).
We'll never be able to completely sort out this issue except we make the enemy base a nofly zone. It happened to me lately too that I shot a plane and the pilot claimed that he was still starting. I personally try to avoid the airspace above the enemy mainbase most of the time aswell but sometimes such situations occur. This topic has been discussed quite a lot of times. Some have brought up the "rule" of not shooting a plane that has the wheels still out but that's not appropriate in my opinion. Avoiding is the best way in my opinion but especially on maps like Baxe (allied side) there will almost always be these situations becauseit is so close to the "battlefield".
As Kobra. Close to impossible to avoid on Battleaxe, and you often have to watch out for flaks and arty. As I explained on the server, I didnt initiate on you. I think as long as your not showing aggresion towards other players (attacking them), you should be left alone. Its hard to define where the lines would be, who can really make that decision? I often fly away from base when I lift off, just so I wont interfere with the rest of the battle.
I remember that issue. In my humble opinion, gaining altitude over the main base at Battleaxe is not the best thing to do because it's not obvious that you are gaining altitude. It looks like you are just flying by or expecting for AA support from the ground. It's better to fly away and gain altitude somewhere else.
Ok, I will change my flying routes then
I remember some discussion on this. See http://team-simple.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=2929 #13, which is consistent with other discussion I remember. There were some other posts in which ATF_SurrenderMonkey had marked up some main base boundaries, including safe takeoff routes, but I can't find them at the moment. Can anyone point me to them?
