Lag

I have two laptops. I play on one of them but it had a sensitive power button. So it shuts off often. I thought that screwed up my game. As it has sticky keys and tab once depressed still has the player board. Flying is a luck. It spins by itself. So I went to the other laptop. Same. So its not me. I played from two isp. One is mine, from Orange. 30 ping. One from in laws, 50 ping. Digi isp. Also thethering. From phone. Ping 70. Same, all lag problem as above.
What is happening ? I noticed others complain. But also my ping fluctuates some.
