Laxateur

Hi,

Today we tried to play on RtR+SW server but [Arvernes] Laxateur can't join the serveur. He didn't play since a "long" time (~ 3 weeks). So we don't know why.
Is it possible to unban him ? Thank you.

I want to mention that Laxateur isn't able to read and write English, and this is why he don't fill the request himself.
