Player stealing submarine?

Hi there.

I'm not sure if it's allowed, but player called mazai stole my submarine when I was out for just a second at a water cap point, I don't know if that's allowed but the worst part is that he then went around, turned back to me and just when I'm about to arive to safety he goes away leaving me to drown. He hasn't used chat.
I see this as trolling and he should be punished. His current number is 13.

No, it's indeed not allowed. Next time someone snatches your vehicle please report it in the gamechat.

Ex: Admin, player N.36 stole my Wespe.

They can but not for very long; 1.75 seconds I believe.
