Good evening,
there is an admin online on simple [fra] who don't know the server rules:
I killed the player nomax with an attack at his active flak and got kicked for baserape. Some minutes before, another guy was also kicked for baserape, after attacking the same player's artillery that was shooting out of the base.
As far as I know, attacking active targets is legit - even if it's an admin...
So maybe this special guy should get known to the server rules.
Thanks in advance and good night,
Bobbycar

"- Attacking the enemy uncapturable main base (basecamping or basebombing) is not allowed. You must not snipe at the main base. You are not allowed to shoot at planes during take-off. All other vehicles must be given the opportunity to leave their base. Nevertheless, it's permitted to air strike at a fireing AA gun or a shooting artillery that's inside the base".
Unless zooka hás wings!
Cheers
I know it's not written in the server rules, but an essential part of war games is that some of the players your are shooting at will shoot back. You had 40+ kills, died five times and kicked at least two of the players who interrupted your kill series.
I know laming is fun, but please dont kick those few people who keep the game running.
btw, why still there isn't any mention about active targets in server rules? according to them all you can do is bomb aa's and artillery with a plane

This thing si quite delicate in the Battleaxe map mostly. Particularly when knowledge about bases´ limits on this map remain quite subjective matter. Mainly in the case of SPGs (mobile artillery) and their attractive locations for some players nearby the base limits on hilltops, from where they overview battlefield and from where they shell enemy units. From my point of view they are not right in the bases at this point but right next to it and thus give player a opportunity flank them and strike them by different means (using bazooka or explosives) than via only planes. But some may argue, that it´s still "base space" and you are attacking the base. But take your pick, when base limits should be when antibase system doesn´t let you approach into the base, because it starts take player´s health. Obviously if SPG is active right in the middle of the own base, we should not try to attack it with zooka or tank or anything (except for the planes) from anywhere but even this case is not pretty clear, especially when SPG is visibly cover behind sandbags and openly fire on your units and you can fire on it (as it is active) from first line in a similar way as enemy tank a few meters away next to it which is according to the rules just "active on battlefield" and can be attack.
In addtion to this map and said rules, snipers for example shoot very often at aa crew into the bases as they are "active" and in range. Bases themself are located on the slopes above the main battlefield and when one or another team take all flags toward to the opponent´s base, it comes to firefight between forces cover behind the sandbags in the base and units below near first line bunkers. At this point, these units pressed to their base can shoot at the opponent from the base but opponent units below expected follow properly the rules are forbidden to shoot them back, because they are in the base now. In some cases its hard to say, where should be that boundary for breaking the rules on this map.
So, you do know and dont follow them...!
Nope, that's wrong.
As you know, there is no rule that prescribes a plane for an airstrike. So I used a zooka rocket* to airstrike this active flak.
*Rockets can fly.

Usually, everyone knows to interprete these rules without spoiling the whole game. I can't remember that this was a problem before.

In doubt ask for the purpose of the rules and not for the wording, it can´t be the purpose of the rules to make everything else then aa and artillery perfectly safe in base. Especially in maps without planes and without Bobbycars interpretation of airstrike, it´s a joke.
imo the baseattack rule is only made to prevent spawncamping in mainbase and to protect base vehicles before they leave base or become active.
Rules should have been adjusted when this questions came up the first time.

just remember one SiMPLE fact: the playing styles of the admins here are always correct, therefore their rules are always correct, and of course their interpretation on their own rules are also always correct. anyone against them are all evil and should be banned forever from their lovely server.

That's why, you have been correctly banned and it's a SiMPLE fact
