Cause: P2P updates of Windows 10 which is set by default when you install Windows 10.
You can compare P2P updates from Windows 10 with BitTorrent
Because he does the same as bittorrent (When you're done with downloading, then it will automatically share it with others.)
In short: Windows 10’s P2P sharing is eating your upload speed and slowing down your network connection and cause high ping and lag while gaming.
Solution:
How to disable P2P updates in Windows 10:
1. First, open the Start Menu and select Settings, then click Updates & Security.2. Select 'Advanced options'
3. Select 'Choose how updates are delivered'
4. Now you're on the page with the options that legislate how Windows 10 handles P2P updates. By default, Windows 10 will both send and receive updates from devices on your network and the Internet at large. By clicking on the on and off button
you can turn off the P2P feature of Windows 10.
I hope this has worked for you! Feedback is always welcome!

Have you enabled the admin account? it is not switched on by default.

"Off" is fine, and completely understandable. "On" with "PCs on my local network" selected might be more advantageous overall, especially if you have more than one Windows device in your household. I certainly don't want to be giving away my bandwidth to Microsoft for free by making my computer a download point for other random users on the Internet. But if I have multiple computers at home, I'd rather the 1GB of updates gets pulled across my ISP just once, rather than independently by each computer.
