Ricky you were banned for language as you know...the server will warn you specifically if you use any language not wanted in server.  You were also prompted on screen that you were kicked for language and reconnected and did the same.  Multiple offenses result in an auto-perm ban by the server operator.

It's a 24 hr ban...be aware that in the future, operator bans increase in length, as they are there for a reason sir..
