Recent Server Crashes

Today the server crashed within every 10-20 minutes. Don't know what's wrong and it doesn't even take some time until you can connect. It's just that everybody loses connection and can reconnect again. Of course the map starts again as well.

Any suggestions?

Have a cookie, and hope and admin is on to take note, ban the douche, and !runnext so you are not stuck in Coral Sea hell....
