It is a scientific book written by a biologist. It may be boring and a bit technical, after all, it's not a romance or some pseudo-science. You should at least skim it to learn about all races and subraces.

Excuse my sarcasm, but there really is no other way of demonstrating your obfuscation of the main thrust of the subject. If you have any criticism regarding the pertinence of the subject, can you explore the denial with a counter critique, rather than reduce the situation to a transparent and weak rebuttal based on obvious and evasive techniques that show your ignorance.
