Or you can change the music Equaliser and paste a second of silence near the end of the song and if it get's scanned it will be "new" to the system library and won't be blocked/ If you can't do that you can send me the track i will help you.

Just put 1 second of silence/pause on the song? u mean youtube scans stuff itself?

It's possible. Kind of like Shazam but more precise.
At least vk.com does this scanning procedure and with my method you can try to avoid problems after posting.

It's blocked in Portugal, too. You could simply change music of video or try uploading it to vimeo.
