idk, anyhow but not as it is now, ppl die for nothing, how about at first cease fire and involve inrernational watchers, lawers and stuff, third side, like in a democratic europian way and to let people a bit power and rights
and what you think, antiterror operation should go on?? what would be better and correctly to do, have you some solutions?

The translation is incorrect and is not complete. He's telling about supposition, not about fact.
He said:
The question should be considered in the context that Ukraine got the forehand evidence that rebels had this vehicle in the name of Russia and did nothing to ensure the safety and provoked the use of this kind of this weapons regarding to the plane with civilians.

Yes, I agree. It will be the best solution to cease fire and involve the international "watchers" from U.S., Russia, Germany, Zimbabwe and somewhere else to force both sides to conversation at the round table without weapons and other shite. I am not happy that Russia support these separatists with weapons. Even there is still no evidence because Russia is doing it in a very subtle way, but without support the Ukrainian army would shoot them all in a few days. I am also not happy that U.S. support the Ukrainian army with money. Anyway, this conflict should be stopped. It's better to talk about the interests without shooting.
So I guess Ukraine PM guy rsigned. What does this mean? Like does this mean the war will be over soon?
Too much blood at his hands. He set up this counter-terrorist operation instead of the civil war because the countries with civil wars can't get the international supplies on credit. The countries with territorial issues can be joined to EU and he called the Crimean peninsula as "temporary occupied territory". He was the head person of the Ukrainian revolution.

we dutchies are sending our whole army towards you! 1 tank, 2 rockets and 20 men. lol
what does your video tell nameless? That the seperatists shot down the plane?
He said nothing what it written on the Reuters website.

The best penalty is the international tribunal but I still can't get the evidence. Only Facebook articles and nothing more... I saw a lot of fakes from Ukrainian and Western media these days. Even when I watch and read English subtitles of the video on YouTube, I see it's fake. I am a 28-year-old Russian citizen and Russian is my native language.

LOL! This army might help against the internal Benelux aggression if Gypsies from Belgium will fight again the Netherlands.

nah, but we are sending 40 MP's ive read. to secure the crash side, but without any fire arms.
This world is just fucked up lol,
is anyone affraid that there will be a WW3? i think this will eventually lead to nothing and no one will be punished.
And u don't have to be affraid of the dutch, australia is even more pissed off then us. Also heard they immidiatly closed the russian ambassee and kicked out their representive, afterall i dont know what i should believe in these days

it's a bad situation that doesn't seem to have a good solution (unless those separatists would just put down their weapons and flee to russia or face trials)
didn't it all start in the pretext that those bad children-eating fascists from kiev are coming to kill everyone?
what would happen if all those armed separatists just disappeared? would civilians live in those areas be endangered by anything/anyone?
I'd ask Russia what would they do if part of their territory got occupied by paramilitary forces led by foreign citizens. I'm not sure whether they'd call OSCE.

that part is actually not interesting (and sounds just apologetic), what about the first part? is he saying that he knew/heard about buk in separatist controlled area that was supposedly sent back (where?)

I thought this part is most questionable. Well, about the first part... It sounds like the first part starts from the middle of sentence. The translation is also incorrect. For example, he said nothing about Snizhne.

... I knew that a Buk was coming from Lugansk. At the moment, I was told that a Buk is coming from Lugansk under the flag of the Lugansk People's Republic that was reasoning about... but where-what stands - shit, it's not known. I know about this Buk, I heard of it. Was I ....
Did it arrive ... ?
I think it has been returned. I found out about it exactly at the moment when I found out this tragedy had happened. Most likely, it has been returned to just put away the evidence of presence.

well, since separatists still claim they did not have any Buk and as such had no means to shoot down that plane, one of them claiming the opposite is a valuable information
the rest, where he basically says it's ukraine's fault because if they knew about Buk in their hands, they should have diverted all planes from that area, is just a bonus
Here is another part.

The matter is that there is a "theatre of warfare", which is held by our, so to speak, partners of the rebel movement, the interaction with them is very dot-and-dash type. Which resources our partners possess, I repeat, we don't know it thoroughly. Whether it was or not, if there is the evidence that it was... no question then. I am, firstly, an interested party, I am a terrorist, a separatist, a militiaman, anyhow... Hence, I stand up for the biased positions. In any way, I am obliged to speak in a way to white-wash the side I represent, even if I think differently, see differently, relate to this differently. It gives me mental discomfort ... <cut> ... knew there is a Buk, knew a Buk goes to Snezhnoe, knew what it will use ...
Also, I would like to notice that his speech is full of indefinite-personal and impersonal sentences and implicit words that he drops, because it's acceptable in the colloquial speech. For example, the original sentence sounds like this:
- If you don't change your ways you'll end up in prison.
In colloquial speech, it sounds like this:
- Don't change your ways - end up in prison.
And one more thing to notice. Khodakovsky is a former commander of the Alpha Special unit of the Security Service of Ukraine. He speak Russian with Ukrainian accent and I find the way he build the sentences is very unnatural and complicated for a native speaker.
