organs of hearing are transform while maturing, you may have a temporary probs, but you definitely should have be seem at more then one specialist.
me on your place wouldnt expect to just find a routine cases that would be applicable to my case, all you can get is jokes, btw its good that voice you hear is just a sound and they dont talk to you directly on your native language

I am not saying that you are always dizzy or feel tired when you have a block. A block can cause a lot of symptom. Just google it. You don't know where it comes from, but it is possible that it comes from a block in the neck. I would try everything out to find out where it comes from and not only listen to doctors. I don't trust all doctors because i made bad experience with them.
A few month ago i had also a buzz in ear and couldn't sleep. But luckily when i woke up it wasn't there anymore. It can be that it just disappears. Just be patient.

I will visit another specialist if this keeps buzzing but it lasts 3 months now so ...
