[Arvernes] Laxateur banned

Hello !

I'm playing on RtR + SW right now (map Raid on Agheila).

Laxateur was autoteambalanced. So he goes on red team and go for the plane. Flettnerman has the plane first. Laxateur has shot on the plane for rage (teambalance and lost plane).
Flettnerman ban him 7 days.

I agree Laxateur was wrong and deserve a punition. But it was the first time in the game he does that. In normal way admin warn, then kick if it continue and then ban (and not 7 days !). The punition was strong because Flettnerman was the victim. I have seen players shot friendly vehicles many times without receiving any warn ! It is unfair.

I think admins should have a course of actions because punitions are really different between admins and sometimes unfair. (For example respect the order : warn - kick - ban, or kick - ban when it was on purpose i don't know).

However autoteambalance is really bad : is it possible to change it in order to switch players who have already switched in the game (and not those who have played in the same team since the beginning ?).

And please unban Laxateur for this unfair punition. A kick was sufficient.

In one point you are right, there must be more straight punishment against team stackers. I know just 2 admins who kick for that...

Laxateur ban removed. He must not repeat that.
It is possible to disable players switching teams or remove auto team balance.

I recommend warn or kick, depending on situation, and then use ban in case the player does not correct his behavior.

Tuia, he shot my plane from 100 % to 15% hp on purpose and I took off with black smoke. No need to warn for this.

Laxateur is a regular player and he must know the rules. I can remember one time, when I made 3 tk on accident, said sorry all times, and Laxateur kick me. I said nothing, because he was right in that situation. Next time, if it's repeat, I will perm ban you both, first one for sfv, second one for chat spamming.

Don't matter who's victim. If I saw it happens with another player, I will ban him (who shot plane) anyway. I prefer ban for things on purpose (tk, sfv, moving artillery into battlefield, when second player enter and do it, evading bans ect.), not for accident. Just my opinion.

I don't usually notice the presence of this team when I play on SiMPLE. Regarding the scale of rank, they are somewhere among BFSoldiers and BFPlayers.

Everyone here will agree that you are a collective player (one I remember, spawn-plane on Essen) and fair-play. But consider this : one day you do dumb rage act, would you find a 7 days ban quite appropriate for your first mistake ?

The disproportionate penalties will only increase the resentment. We share the same server, we play together evryday. We need a minimum degree of indulgence or it will be unbearable.

Arvernes know exactly what they do. They know the rules. At least one would assume so. Therefore Flettnerman was 100% right. And to build such a crap as an admin, in my opinion it is ok to be banned 7 days.

Arvernes completely destroy the fun of the game.
It has become extremely annoying.

i did it also, known players deserved a straight away ban when they abused the rules. But too many in this server that cry 24/7.

I find your punition was not fair, but it is only my opinion. I have seen some players agree with you and others not, and why ? Because the punitions depend only of the admins willing.
Now I suggest to determine exactly which fault deserve which punition. Then there would not have such discussions anymore.

But for me for example tk is very frustrating. I die often because of tkers. "Accidental" tk happens often when a teammate is not vigilant (bombing with planes, ships and tanks without checking for teammates in the minimap). For me it is not just "accident" but also irresponsibility and should be punished too (by warn then kick).

I don't want to teach anything to anybody. I just suggest to set the punitions. On our server the rules are clear but not the punitions (it is as admins want).

I suggest to determine the following punitions :
- tk (for the 1st time, 2nd time, 3rd time, ...)
- sfv (for the 1st time, 2nd time, 3rd time, ...)
- dis (for the 1st time, 2nd time, 3rd time, ...)

- spam (for the 1st time, 2nd time, 3rd time, ...)
- name (for the 1st time, 2nd time, 3rd time, ...)

Tuia what do you think about this ? We could discuss this a few days if you want before set it. Then we could try and see if it is better or not so ?

(And for Georges and Lionel : why do you think we destroy the fun of the game ? I don't understand.)

ffs, Arvernes. How long do you play this game or are active in a real bf community? I havent seen anything from you, so don't try to explain us how we should behave like admins. If i see a known person tking or breaking the rules it's a direct kick/ban. Is it too hard to understand such a rule? Because these KNOWN PLAYERS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

George Clooney, you're right this Arvernes destroy the game fun and behave like children ... It will discuss, insult and they play on a fashion which is not normal. They fly with their planes into tanks purely something which is unfair and if you do it yourself you will be mobbed ... If I read the name Arvernes in the server list then I avoid the server. I like to play with you but they spoil whole fun.
