Smoking - stress

Guys,

For those who don´t know I´ve been trying to quit smoking for the last 20 days. I´ve stopped. I´ve smoked since I was 18 and in the last 5 years or so averaging a pack a day. It´s been a struggle and im decided to overcome this addiction.

The reason im telling you all is that lately I´ve been very stressfull ingame and not nice to some. I do apologize for my behaviour and It´s not personally intented. I hope ill be calmer this upcoming days without this craving for nicotine...

@Denny I just stopped. I aint taking anything to replace it. There is this book by Allen Carr which helped alot. Its a decision, it´s not a try

I read part of it but my decision was taken way before I read it. The book is just a excuse

here they cost 4.50€ but dont compare how much you guys earn there. Minimum wage here is around 500, average portuguese pay check is 800€ (net). Im lucky im well above that but still with all this austerity measures here, plus raise of basic living costs, the income is decreasing significantly by month ...ill save money too with this

It's easier to blackmail or intimidate the owner of tobacco factory because the real price of a pack of Marlboro is cheaper than 1€.

in fact this is my favourite cigarettes
it costs 24 shekels, in israel 28
1 euro=5 shekels
packet contains 20 not 19 cigarette. ..

I used anythig that will occupy my fingers like roasted sunflower seeds, peanuts, potato chips.......
but it is really all in the head
Cigaretts are expensive in Serbia and cost is rising and rising, so i make my own cigarettes
Marlboro is 1,8 Euros here in Serbia, so I buy 250 grams of tobbaco and roll them up myself
A package that I make is about 35-40 Euro cents

Lecter, all the best! Cigaretts are insidious crap.

I think that hand-rolled cigarettes are better because you can buy a high-grade tobacco for pipes but it's very impractical.

It is a bit hard to make in the beginning but when u make 10 packs, you become a master
I use a cigarette case for them

Well done Lecter...I have stopped with smoking last year mid of August....It is such a nice feeling to run one hour and no lung pain is ruin ur body^^

It was really hard in the first 7 days but I just stopped^^ No book or tricks^^ mental power xD
