Would like a reinstatement to R+R Server

To any administrator:
I was banned for one month on October 13 for my disruptive game play.  I posted yesterday about being unbanned and allowed on the server.  RaketenHorst was the admin that banned me.  I am simply asking to be allowed back into the server or told why I can't at this time.  I have not been to Simple for the whole month so I know it is not VPN or evading.  Any information would be appreciated.
