Hi, is it possible to change the angle of the cam at rear view in single player?

Thanks for the help. I confused rear with front view.

I am thinking of the view when the cam is constantly in front of the vehicle.

The question is, can the angle be changed so that front view looks like image 2 instead of original view of image 1.
It's only for a video.

Possible with modding, but requires either two players in vehicle or bot in driver's seat
