Teamswitching

People (not me) are confused about the updated rules. Some say switching to the losing team is also prohibited.

TEAMSTACKING OR TEAMSWITCHING
Changing teams to the winning team is considered team stacking and is prohibited.
Which means that you can choose a team at your first spawn (like always),
at no point after that. Pick a team at the beginning of the map and stay on it.
Admins may ask for team balance if the number of players of each team are not equal and become un-balanced.

It says "Changing teams to the winning team ... is prohibited." and "Pick a team at the beginning of the map and stay on it."

I'm pretty sure that switching to the loser team is and should be always legal but... anyway, this needs to be clarified.

Yes I like to switch to the loosing team - but only if they are not totally base- raped and if they have fewer players... I think its ok to balance teams anyway but this could be clearer...

If you got to write the rule - how would you write it Vietnamese?
