Banned on Midway

Someone banned me with the !ban command a few minutes ago, nickname BFSoldier.
Some people were saying my aim is suspicious, is that enough to ban somebody?

I did not ban you. But if a random bfsoldier is aiming like a pro.. you know. If you use your name in game all the admins know you...

Dr. Nick, it was me who banned you by mistake. I watched you since El Alamein(i guess it was). That aim was outstanding, no mistakes, too perfect:) But i wasnt sure, your gameplay was straight and intelligent. Then other players started to indicate about your aim. Ffinally i decided, oviously to fast - and obviously i decided wrong. I am sorry for that. Hope you can understand it a bit like a compliment... See you!

there is no aimbot or reghack in this game. the admins should finally learn this ... People that say otherwise just have no clue how the game works

Is that true? I saw about a hand full of definitive bots, most of them crazy obvious and banned(not by me) Last one is about , i guess 5 til 10 years ago, but back then there was no question about it... I dont know, how this game works, or lets say i do not know complete, and i guess thats ok. But look at the discussions about Simon and Deeko. Hard to believe, that there is no technical modification/manipulation possible for aim in that game. Btw here some words from a suspect Download Portal with suspect downloads for suspect players : "Bf42 Aimbot
Bf1942 Vector Aimbot keine namatgs oder ähnliches. only Aimbot! Somit screenshotsicher Aimbot ist auf der mittleren Maustaste und funktioniert erst ab 60 Meter. Injecten wenn die Map geladen wurde. " in english: "Bf42 Aimbot Bf1942 Vector Aimbot no namatgs or similar. only Aimbot! Thus, screenshot-safe Aimbot is on the middle mouse button and only works from 60 meters. Inject when the map has been loaded." Maybe bullshit, mybe not? Maybe someone tryed? But i guess, this could be a new /another topic

reghack is as far as I know not possible for similiar reasons.

No player has 0 delay all the time. such an aimbot wouldnt work well. only on static targets. not very useful in a round of berlin or stalingrad.

If I remember correctly, the previous map was El Alamein. I'm sure I've watched the same player since then. I guess you were in the game for a total of half an hour until I banned you? And as I said, your aim stood out, I would have recognized immediately even without ID and name:)

NZKMT, how can you see someone's aim when spectating them? I'd like to argue that it is impossible.

Hi Simon. I fought him a few times and i watched him fighting other players. I didnt spectateted him at all - its useless for finding things like these out. So you are right. INf fights at the end of El Alamein and most time in midway(following map) i was in tank on main Island. Dr. Nick was there often too and fought attacking M@ster and others. I watched that.

Absolutly. There is a high possibility in failing when you try to find out if someone uses stuff for aiming, like we could see right here In fact its the ugliest part of the "job" because the failure rate is pretty high and there is really no fun at explaining half the day, but i think its priority to explain the own failures when you got rights. But now my wife wants me to bath the lil bugger. Sorry - out for today:)

@ all: And not to forget, i know these Situations well by myself. In my sniper prime i cant count the shouts for baning me, because i headshotet jeep drivers in full speed from 30 or 40 degrees while i was moving, at least 150 m away and similar Situations. I was only sniper everytime and i was pretty good(And i was never lying around and waiting for some cheap kills). Maybe Simon remembers. After countless accusations i decided to make a video where you can see bf1942 sniper "technics" and showed it everyone who was blaming me for cheating. And i was lucky, because all the admins the whole time decided wiser ten me this day What i try to say is, this decision today wasnt frivolous. And i guess the most similar decisions from other admins arent frivolous too. In the End of the day, we try to make the game more pleasant for every player. Some more successful, some less. Try to be lenient, i am too... Amen.
