Request for an unban R+R sw

Was playing Pennemdune and my tank was firing into enemy encampment on the german side...I was fired upon by Red and I fired back killing him I was then banned ...requesting an unban

Since I received no reply on my request a little more info...was playing on map Peenemude and I had an American tank that was firing into the German base...it continued to fire when I was fired upon at which time I fired back with my main gun killing (Reds) who I am guessing is RaketenHorst incognito...so guilty as charged I did it and never denied I did it...I was banned then went to other simple server were I was given a lecture and a 3 day ban.  People may not like the way I play but I just try to come play and stay inside the rules.  For a regular player with over a 1000 hours in I say this ban is a little punitive...asking once again for an unban so I can play this weekend

RaketenHorst:  Thanks for the unban but why can you not just either kick me or ban me for 15 if something happens like that next time...I rarely have problems with play and would have appreciated a warning....see you out there
