Problem with HD Battlefield at startup

Hello everyone:
I hope some tech savvy individual can answer a question for me...I have a Dell G7 with Intel Core 17 8th generation chip, 256 ssd drive and harddrive and Geoforce GTX video card.  I am using Windows Compatibility to reduce my screen at startup so it will return to normal screen size when I complete my game.  My windows 10 has all updates but a funny thing happens occasionally:  The server will stall in a reasonable amount of time to load.  It doesnt happen all the time but once every 3 or 4 times I log on.  I usually can restart and all is fine.  Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem I have looked through the forum and it is mentioned but not this specific issue any help would be appreciated

Also does anyone have a link to a clean version of Battlefield HD I have one saved and can't remember where I found it
