Reason for ban?

Today while playing on Midway around 12:30 PM I was banned right after I killed some guy in a corsair. Can someone explain why I was banned and for how long? I don't have a clue why and didn't receive any warning either.

My in-game nickname is Pijnboompit.

I can't see that name in the BanList.

Perhaps it was a 15 Minute ban or did you use another NickName?

I saw that ban and wondered what was going on because you were banned with the "!ban" command, which is very rarely being used. Also you were banned by a none familiar nickname "Player" who immediately disconnected after the ban.

I'm not admin, but several admins were present during the ban: Seven, Killer, Anna, Combat?

Im not an admin, but I was present Yeah, he just killed me and got banned in a second. Maybe wrong id or there was any real reason for the ban.

If your in-game nick is KILLER88 then it wasn't me who killed you, I was on your team and I killed Seven, who you were dogfighting with if I recall correctly. We even shared a "Roger that!" afterwards lol. Then I got  banned

Permanent ban for evading your previous bans for using cheats.

Are you serious? I have never evaded any bans, let alone cheating... You either banned the wrong guy or I'd like to see some proof.

I don't think I should discuss it here, admin section is appropriate place.If you look carefully there I already answered to your question henk.
A friendly advice - please leave ban appeals to admins. Same about Kaner - if you don't know what happened and for which reason, no need to confuse players with uncorrect information.

Paul Baumer, I didn't see the message in the admin section, my bad.
I had contact with this guy, and he had no clue why he got banned.
So, I went to this section. (I never come here)
So I didn't want to confuse players, I only wanted to help this fella
