banned for driving the boat

Hi
Not to sure why I got banned
On the Omaha beach I went on the boat and asked that the driver go closer to shore so we bombard.
Your man went on a tantrum and asked the admin to ban me.
I did accidentally shoot the boat (play with a touchpad) once.
could I please get unmanned?

Yet another person who drives a DD away when the gunner in a 2nd turret is shooting axis Defguns.
The reason why DD was away from the seashore is because it was previously shot by a Defgun a bit. So I had to drive it away from a visible distance.
The point is that dear BZHermining drove DD far to the west and beached it on the edge of a map.
Then he shot (for some reason) the nose of a ship and reduced it's HP so to say, to about 80%.

Omaha Beach without a DD helping to get rid of defguns and a p4 is nearly impossible to play for allies.
And use of the first gunner position which can't be used in a mix with a target from a sniper has no sense.

Ok well sorry about this I think there was a confusion. As for shooting the boat as I said earlier I didn't mean to, I play with a touchpad and sometimes it happens...

Thanks for understanding hope there won't be any misunderstanding in the future.
Just remember if someone has already occupied the 2nd gunner's position - don't drive the ship away. Unless it's under fire from axis defguns and you want to drive it to the safe distance.
The 2nd gunner can still shoot from the blind zone if any sniper gives him a target with his binocular.
This is the general idea of the usage of the ship on Omaha.
