Hello, two of my friends were banished from simple for accidentaly tk, they are new player

Baccara -- ban till 23/02 for disrupting gameplay by Hydra.
Zeus -- ban till 18/02 for team killing by Sunshine.

Yes used katyusa on Kharkov and Baccara jumped in 3 times. Two times use !kill command as a warning. Third time I just banned him.
He has account on forum why didnt he made ban appeal?
