Am I Banned?

Yesterday I did a format to my PC and today it loads until 75% and then it says kicked from server.
Am i banned?

You're getting kicked for proxy/vpn.

It is a pity , until yesterday i could play without any problem.
It is not a software in my computer to turn it off. It is running on the router, so the whole house is behind VPN.
I live in a country with really strict internet rules.
It is pity.
