Are engineers allowed to use expacks exclusively as a primary weapon ?

Last night 4-5-18, a new player to the server was using only expacks and really spamming them on Berlin Conquest map.  He'd drop expacks out the window at a flag, kill 4,  then get to an ammo box , resupply and continue doing that all game long.  I can't recall his nick exactly but it had an H and a B (first and last name).  It was something like Hank_Baum or something like that.

Okay.  Some really specialize in engineer and expacks.  It's their go to class of  player.

I am not sure but I dont think Berlin has xpacks

It has the engineer class.  I wasn't getting killed by pancakes.  mmmm, pancakes.

Dunno for what I know on Berlin xpacks and nades are disabled. Maybe on TDM Berlin

I wish we had expacks on berlin and some other maps.. it is kind of boring trying to be useful when u cant really snipe with engineer, u cant really take ur rifle and blast them back to their flag, cant lay a mine... just pistol your way to your next repair job that doesnt bring in the money or fame that an engineer also deserves

Problem is you'd have expack spamming scorewhores who'd spawn camp the whole time.
