I was just banned on Fra Kursk because of mainbase attack, but I was certain Fette Nutte alias Anna's P4 was troubling and machine gunning my plane from below so I counter attacked it
Am I mistaken in this? or how the rule works in a way I am not aware of or confused about?
if so, very sorry, please unban soon as possible as well as explain from admins end what happened because now I don't even know, I thought I was doing something routine but an admin thought not

One of Zatoichis was banned with IP from Germany. Are you from Germany, Merlin? Also, you came back and played Market Garden in few minutes after. So, beside that you annoyed everybody on this server you are also a ban evader?

No, people know I am Canadian, I tried to reconnect but it just said I was banned,
I don't believe in ban evasion or server attacking, trolling, as they are not my property to trespass upon,
other people own them, its like vandalizing, destruction of property
and I only have one real ip from Canada, this one I am posting with now
plus I don't know how to cheat or beat bans or change ip's or appear as a different location
whoever that was it was not me, and definitely a trouble maker the server admins are trying to keep out
Also how could I come back if I was banned? so someone with my name faked, my cd key even maybe,
they've stolen it before, someone else has shown up in server if so as you say

Ok... comrades...

Maj. Merlin never evaded a ban. He is not attacking intentionally the mainbases. If it happend today, then it was a mistake and he deserves a warning or if you really... really want, ... then kick him.

But 1 day ban?

True is that i gave you an "3days for baseattacking"
Not True is that i attacked you . i just sit in position 2 on P4, and the P4 was IN base.
I was just watching and waiting for death ,  and it took you 3 times then my P4 was down.

yesterday (sunday, battleaxe) i "!ban" a maj merlin after he came back several times.
Same shit like always > warn > kick > came back > doing same shit > ban1day> evade... and so on.

Maj.Merlin did never evade a ban yet. Those were namefakers.

And if he really was mistaken, then why you didn't warn or kick him first. In the planes sometimes you don't see clearly who is shooting at you. Could it be, there was a second P4 around MG-ed him?

On the other side... Mister Merlin... you also know now what happend today. Be advised that this won't happen again.

I know you don't baserape intentionally, but i know how mistakes can happen when a pilot is on fire... intercepting everything what seemse suspicious to him.

That's a different one silly, some imposter, people know that, some loser troll from Germany, I just took some mg fire from main and thought I had the right target, was a mistake and an honest one, please don't fulfill the trolls goals by building a bias against me, the real major merlin, their only goal is to do things i dont. repeat mainbase attacks on targets that aren't even firing, or teamkill repeatedly or ban evade, you have to understand, the evader is German, and maybe another Turk,
but me, the real Merlin, am still banned where I am elsewhere, and none of it has to do with ban evading and ive never tried to bypass those bans, nor do I know how, why would I ban evade here, if I can't seem to ever elsewhere? seems pointless.
motive is everything in an investigation and I do not have it, even Den / Joint knows the truth
why would you think the original me from before all this tk and mainbase disruption would do that now
when its never been in my habit earlier?

In this case they know what they are doing, p4's were shooting me from that exact position, to be honest, sticking out there pivoting gun when i just had tracers coming at me, is more like baiting, entrapment
