I'm not a fan to ban for deathbailing, but Why Darcano did that, I can understand to bail on flag, in map, etc, But He bailed over enemy main? I Don't understand that.

Sure you do
registering hits on vehicles vs infantries is different. Say, a player has 200 ping - it is almost impossible to hit an infantry from the side, 90 degree angle, no matter where you aim. Tanks, planes, jeeps however are always hitable if you shoot far ahead enough, depending on your ping and their speed. AND when an infantry sits in the jeep and drives, you can hit him inside the jeep with 200 ping from the side, no matter how fast he is going. Versus when a player is just standing on the jeep and the jeep is driving, it becomes impossible to hit him from the side.

There is no rule that says deathbailing is forbidden

No definitive way to determine if the death was intentional even if the rule existed.
A player may intend to deploy a chute at the last possible frame, yet fail (lag, bad timing?)

I've kicked 000 for bailing under the "disrupting" theory before, but the discussions in the
fake-admin forum mostly concluded with "don't do that".

Admins aside, some regular players also believe that deathbailing IS a rule here.

This is far from LW behavior and deahtbailing should be tolerated !!
