base attack

Ok very specific question lol, What's the rule on shooting a scout who's in the main, and scouting for target then jumping into artillery, and repeating this back and forth.
Seen it happen a few times, and been hesitant on whether or not to take the shot when I do see it.

You can legally take a shot on a player that is shooting from a base area.
BUT you must be VERY accurate and don't kill or wound someone else who had only spawned or was passing by. Otherwise it is counted as a base attack.

If a person was in an AA gun for example or a self propelled artillery gun and just left it. He can still be attacked some seconds after he had left his battlestation and started running away.
