Player "NOT BANNED" + various chat spamming, ban evading on Tanks-A-L

A player calling himself some combination of "NOT BANNED" was chat spamming Tanks-A_lot today and came back repeatedly after kicking and attempted banning. I tried to get rid of him and whooopz was there, I think trying also but nothing worked.  It was just a waste of time trying to get ban/kick him. I think I just wore him out kicking him and him coming back. This was happening around 1700 Eastern time today

True, he did spam about 2000 times or better.

maybe it's the guy who got his profile banned 6 times in row ''UNBANMENOW''  and then ''suckshine'' was born
