Cannot get into tanksalot server

I was not banned and I haven't changed anything.  The server is grayed out and when I refresh it says the ping is 9999.  Any ideas?  I'm on 1.61.

And on other Simple servers you can connect?

(Update the Serverlist and don't connect through favorites).
