We have only one type of lisence plates, boring...

Lots of Russians on SE coast in and around Miami. There's a place called Sunny Isles that is known as "Little Moscow" so maybe they also live in FL.

Yes, i guess russians are everywhere, same as ukrainians, and belorussians, for somes its diffrent concepts, i myself think that we, slavs, is a one folk, and our goverments are another, gonna revolt all of bastards soon, no Biden nor Putin wont help them:)
but shipping a car + pay Custom House fee must be much more expensive than just buy it brand new in Germany and CHouse fee for a new car is lower
