I reported before 2-3 days that i had a big problem with Geforce Experience.
After several trials to fix this issue due the common way by using DDU in SafeBootMode, i couldn't even install GeforceExperience, because nVidiaNetworkService could not be installed.
I was correspondating with nVidia, but... (as you expect) i could as well talk to a hand.
Ok, i have to say that even his attendance forced me to try it harder myself.
Before closing the failed Installer i was reading the logs in TempFolder. (If you close the installer, they will disappear).
I searched for "Network" and between these millions of letters i found the right position. There was the error Code 0x80070005. (no permission to access folder). Let's not forget that you can't find elsewhere this error code, not due the installer nor Windows EventLog).
Via Inet i found an oooold thread about this ErrorCode in connection with Geforce Experience and was reading something about the Programm "Networx". It's a "Traffic Shaping Tool" like Xfast-Lan from Asrock, which i have.
So i stopped the spd.exe and cfosspeed.exe in Taskmanager and run the installer again... with success.
After restart Geforce Experience runned fine and was loading muuuch faster then before. (Only a short loading screen).
...
If you have once a problem with Installation of Geforce Experience or the programm runs slow and loads very slow or the updatesearch goes endless, try to find out, if you have a active "TrafficShapingTool" from your Mainboard-Manufacturer, find the used processes and stop them.

I just find out, if you block nvidiaNetworkService (if you don't need it), GeforceExpirience is loading much faster. With activated NNS not. I was reading somewhere they want to force people making an Account.
But if i stop the network connector, nVidiaShield is not working. (That i was also reading yesterday too, means offline no capture).
With 368.69 it's not anymore possible to capture Desktop or was it only streaming. (Also saw this yesterday somewhere).
