Too bad you can't see my ammo here. But as I said, I went back to repair my plane and get ammo (I think it was only for ammo actually) and I'm turning around to fly low over the carrier to get ammo but just at that moment I see a SBD (in the cockpit view I think). Usually there are enemy planes camping our carrier so I checked that first but it might have also been that a teammate was spamming the chat with "Enemy airplane spotted!". So I went there to look for it, can't remember it anymore because this video is from 21 August.

Then when he bailed it was a typical case of using the rear view to keep him in sight and I shot him down.

I did not say that you can ban players without proof. I am only stating   that, in my opinion, both  sides do not have enough sufficient evidence to either proof drago guilty nor do they have enough to proof him innocent. Our dilemma is that we do not have access to 100% functional punkbuster anymore. But as long as he is not proven guilty, he does not have to proof his innocence. And as I said in my previous post, I do not think he is guilty.

why would anyone repair his plane on coral sea??
and why would you get ammo instead of a new plane when the ammo replenish is only like 10 bullets a second.
that means when you fly over you will only get around 30 shots, which is useless in a fighter..
if LL would have cut the video correctly there would be as much proof as on my case.

well i dont really care about reputation but i just want to proof that this guy was hacking.
not that i think drago is a bad pilot but it was just strange how a public cd key guy was flying like hacks.
i find it funny that everyone agreed that 'crimson webb' was hacking before, and now everyone changed their minds because its drago

They change their minds not because it is Drago, but because the evidence can be reasonably explained. Look closer how the tide turns. Also it is quite the other side around, many still want him banned because it is Drago!

The only evidence that can count when judging here is that evidence that cannot be reasonably explained, There should (in my opinion) be at least 3 of such situations in a relatively short time (because of luck and coincidences) but there were none at all.

Drago's IP is static, he's using the same IP-address on the forum. I have just checked it out. It's really very disappointing that I have played a lot with someone who's using maphack. The only thing I still don't get is how he's hacking the plane's physics to get extra manoeuvrability and extra climb rate.

When is a head admin going to reply? I don't know if the ban is staying or if I'm getting unbanned. I have been banned for 4 days now already.

I have some gameplay recorded that will make things more clear maybe. At some point I was being called a hacker again... what a surprise. It's hard to imagine if you have seen the video from my perspective, but I think that alot of people would've thought I was using a maphack if they were spectacting me from the other team.

I told to myself for each player which i think its not clear , and i was always right. I told Tuia long time ago for Lachesis (known inf player that he become instantly ''pro'' and i was suspicious about that and i was right) , now i told to this guy also, and seems i was right again. Your videos doesn't prove nothing , as i can see, you fly superb, but... i wish u luck , and i u are not hacker, i really appriciate your flying skill, and im glad that someone fly'es like u. You called me that i was moon once while i had nickname (Yamaha or mt09,do you remember...?) , one time i got banned becouse u mistaken me with that guy... i was unbanned yesterday immidiately becouse it comes to confusion becouse of you thinking that im ''moon'' and got banned lol

Thanks Ninja and I am already unbanned for like a week now. I really thought that Yamaha guy was Moon because of his 'talking' and you were about the same skill level.
