But Albanians aren't Slavs and there was a national problem with them on Balkans some time ago. I mean if a person is from some country, it doesn't mean he's of the title nation of that country. For example, there are only about 79-80% Russians in Russia. Anyway, it's not good to trust and respect a person only due to his national identity.

There is a subtle difference between "русский" and "россиянин". The first means a national identity, it's usually white and Slavic European type. The second means a citizenship. There is no difference cause both have equal rights and it's a multinational, multicultural and multireligious country. Don't try to translate these words through the Google translator because it's always spoil the context, it's the issue of understanding.

Just in case to remove all the doubts just imagine the Turkish diaspora in Germany and Turks who live there long ago. They or might be their children have German citizenship. Germany is also a Federal country. Of course you know RubinultraS of Tampliers, he's from Tatarstan and this is a republic and a Federal subject of Russian Federation. RubinultraS is Tatar and it's his national identity. He's not "русский" but "россиянин", because he has passport. He knows Tatar language which sounds very different from Russian and closer to Turkish because this language has a lot of Turk origins, he might be a Muslim, he knows the national songs, dishes, holidays and the other stuff of his national Tatar culture and he's not a blue eyed blond but anyway he is a citizen and "россиянин".

Didn't had the time to read all posts today, now I've read them.
U are right about Albanians, they are not Slavs, they originated from Cucasus, Shirvan region.
One can recognize them by their skin alone, it's darker then ours, etc..

Yes, I hope also that Kosovo will be Serbian again.
But, for that to happend we first need something similar to Eжовщиной, if u know what i mean.
