up near spawnpoints.
-When I respawned I warned u U killed me back..(typekill)
-3respawn I finnaly killed u.
-than I was moving wespe to airfield u killed me with spitfire u also attacked Joint which was killed by Tker michelangelo.ôô few times in row.
Joint was bitching at him & gor warned joint Like :"one more time & kick"
Dunno who took alied APC on our airfield & started rapings our base....

Can't say that I remember this specific whining moments. There are many. Even from old admins...
If he was cursing and such I would warn him to stop. If he had said this guy is tk:ing. The TK:er would have gotten a Warn/Kick or Ban depending on several factors.
Again If you are active in base expect to get shot at. You can't honestly believe that the anti rape/BR/don't attack base rule is for you to be able to snipe/use binoculars/art?

In short you are free to play on any server. I for one are very much against the Baserape rule. But since the rules on this server is no Baserape I respect that.

Just read the rules and stop making up the rules to your favor. It says that you must not kill starting planes. How can it be active then? And why a discussion because of 2 kills near the base? Is this really a problem?

Tuia, we should make a new rule like: "If you are not sure if it is basecamping or not, then the basecamper shouldn't be punished." Like the offside rule in football. If it is not 100% clear, then in favor for the attacker.

The basecamp rule shouldn't be so strict like to kick someone if he kills one 1 m behind the basecamp border. It is important to kick trolls and teamkiller...

Personally the baserape rule is fine, its is just not detailes enough for example starting planes or flaks. And the base is way too big in few maps, you die often, even if you are miles away from the base(kursk etc.)

Joint case: He was only swearing on guy called michelangelo... who was disrupting gameplay by destroing own planes & vehicles.
to michelangelo: I entered wespe & position em on airfield near ammo box ... this lil bitch came jumped as second driver & drove us toward AA gun---> next random kill by nade. Also he was destroying our planes with AA gun &expacks.I warned him over 2 times.Everytime I entered airfield with wespe he ruined it. As I said I asked him if he want ban for disrupting gameplay. He said NO!.. & keep on jerking.
Back to spawn killing : ye I really enjoy getting killed 1sec after spawn on own base its really very Cool & very skilled ...sorry for my whinning.

What do you think? I just wrote that I am against the Baserape rules as such but i do respect it on this server. I don't think you have seen me BR. Also I have kicked several ppl for doing so And I agree 100% with you and mccrank. The rule needs some change to be effective.

Joint case. Don't curse and swear but tell admins the number of the guy and ask for !kdis. If he repeats ask for a temp or perm ban. Very SiMPLE to be honest. Joint is known player. I wouldn't even ask what the guy did unless he wanted a ban.
The other case is even more straight forward. Kick him for dis. Then when he gets back warn him that this is not acceptable behavior. If he repeats :Drumroll: ban
Spawn killing is ofc not very fun. But then again war shouldn't be . No but it's not very hard to see if the guy is i aiming for spawn with art or the aa. If he kills 1-3 ppl everytime at spawn. It's not an art that wants to take out aa right?
I do want to point out that killing someone in the base that are active in the war i.e not running to vehicle or plane. Should be an ok target to hit. Again that is how i have interpreted the baserape rule.

That was my sarcastic vision of So called rule "ACTIVE player" cos as far as I can read rules there is nothing what point any active player at basecamp situation

- Attacking the enemy uncapturable main base (basecamping or basebombing) is not allowed. You must not snipe at the main base. You are not allowed to shoot at planes during take-off. All other vehicles must be given the opportunity to leave their base. Nevertheless, it's permitted to air strike at a fireing AA gun or a shooting artillery that's inside the base.
- The previous basecamping/basebombing rule does not apply to Battle of Britain map and Capture the Flag (CTF) maps.

& honestly it was not only 2-3 kills at main base...

Is this really a problem?
