It depends on context but in this case it doesn't appear to be an insult, this describes all the useless endeavours and ridiculous mistakes made to get a proper computer.

In this case, it's a kind of the abbreviation of "Da job tvoju mat'...", which means a little disappointment at a particular and unimportant thing.

Actually, it's quite possible to give a meaning to the surname but we mostly don't trying to make sense of this, because it's useless nowadays. If you want me to try to interpret his surname, I would say that his surname has the same root as "rasput'je", which means a "crossroads" or an "intersection". If it has a sense for you, decide for yourself what does it mean. Also, "rasputnyj" means "immoral" or "spoiled". Rasputin was a fraud, drunkard, drug addict and ladies' man.

I have BSOD only when i play, i did the disk check and cleaned dust and i still have BSOD. Does any1 know what is the problem?
