Can we change the teamkillers kick logic?
As far as I understand teamkillers are auto kicked when they have a score of -8 (4 teamkills)
I suggest we change it so if the score drops to -4 the person will get kicked, but if he takes flags and is active in game, he gets kicked after the 3rd or 4th teamkill.
For example:
BFSoldier_1 with scores -4 0 1 gets kicked
BFSoldier_2 with scores 2 8 1 doesn't get kicked
BFSoldier_3 with scores 0 8 1 gets kicked

There are times when no admin is online and trolls having like -8 score for multiple tk and dis. Many people complaining in chat but since there is noone to take care of it, people are forced to wait till the score drops even more. People start to tk back and it becomes a mess.
If trolls don't like to play and they start their tk when entering then this low treshold might deal with them quickly.

The only other thoughts are- make the teamkiller take the same amount of damage as they inflict. In my mind this would 100% solve the problem, however from my experience, the issue with this approach is engineers would receive damage if their mine was hit by a friendly. From what I was told, rectifying this situation is not possible with a server mod, it would also require a client map download.

But i would like it to work like:
!ftk = No longer spawntime and no minus score.
!ptk = is fine like it was, adds more spawn time on you, and you keep your minus score.
You dont train KeyboardWarriorsBots.
