5) Gets ban for 1 day for lang

What I noticed is recently when I connect, in a few mins there sis a ping spike for 10 sec and then it flows normally. Like somekind of checkpoint - mandatory ping spike at beginning of the game.

You were deliberately blocking planes with jeep on Wake so that noone can take off, knowing they are very important for the allied team be be able to hold on.

Yes, I meant the freshly reinstalled windows with all the new drivers.

What I meant by installing on another laptop is to verify if the installer file is good. I.e. your first game version, not the simple one. Though, if the simple one doesnt work either, you're right the problem is someplace different

Have you downloaded the game from here or other place? Have you tried installing from another source of download?

As I see in the system he's gotten a 1 week ban by another admin

Hi. I replied in another topic that you created.

I'd reinstall windows with a normal antivirus and install the game on a fresh system. Will take maybe a few hours but its the worse case. Instead of guessing constantly.
