Das machen viele und ist ganz normal. Er hat dich schon verstanden und meinte, dass man selbst mit TS Unterstützung die kills in der Form nicht hinbekommt. Aber weil man es nicht 100% beweisen kann, wirst du wohl nicht gebannt schätze ich mal.
Und punkbuster ist total veraltet. Der support dafür wurde schon vor mehr als 5 Jahren eingestellt oder so. Ich bin mir auch nicht sicher, ob PB überhaupt auf dem server läuft. Soweit ich weiss läuft es auf beiden Servern nicht.

It is all about the routing. On our fragthe.net server most of the time i have a ping around 100 to 60 and sometimes less then 20. But the ingame ping is not reliable... on the FG Stalin server i have no hits at all with a ping of around 15.

It is not unusual. Something like this happened to a friend of mine. She was wondering why the heck the fuel gauge was saying that she was out fuel the next day when she filled up the tank one day earlier. First she asked her daughter if she took the car, which didn't make much sense of course. Some morons, who were waiting on the gas station, chased her to her home. After she was inside they started drilling a hole near the tank to get the fuel.

Did you check the task manager? I mean right click of bf42.exe, then "Chip zuordnen" or something then change from 1 to 2.
I hade also a jumping ping and solved it like this. But you have to change it before every round.
Didn't find it right now what i searched, but i am sure you will find something on www.bf-league.eu.
